Enterprise Brick-Tie Channel System Utilised On Modern Prefab Residential Development

A new residential development in Schoonhoven, Netherlands, has utilised the Enterprise Brick-Tie Channel System as part of a modern prefab façade construction project delivering 10 high-performance apartments.

Constructed using the Rockzero® Max Performance prefab building envelope system, the development was designed to combine efficient construction methods with long-term residential comfort, energy efficiency and enhanced fire safety performance.

The project reflects the growing adoption of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and prefabricated façade systems across Europe, where installation efficiency and long-term building performance are becoming increasingly important.

The Challenge

Modern prefab façade systems require more than just simple wall ties.

Projects such as Schoonhoven demand façade support systems capable of providing:

  • Fast and efficient installation

  • Reliable long-term façade support

  • Accurate brickwork alignment

  • Compatibility with prefabricated construction methods

  • Flexibility across varying installation conditions

  • Support for modern energy-efficient building envelopes

Traditional fixing approaches can often create alignment limitations and slower installation processes when working with modern prefab systems.

A more adaptable and installation-focused solution was required.

The Enterprise® Solution

The Enterprise Brick-Tie Channel System was utilised within the façade build-up to provide a more adjustable and efficient masonry support solution suited to the requirements of the project.

The system helped provide:

  • Adjustable fixing positions

  • Improved installation flexibility

  • Accurate brickwork alignment

  • Stainless steel system durability

  • Compatibility with modern prefab construction methods

  • Reliable façade restraint and support

Combined with project-specific technical support from Evolution, the system was designed to support both practical

on-site installation and long-term façade performance.

Supporting Modern Prefabricated Construction

As offsite and prefab construction methods continue to grow across Europe, façade systems must evolve alongside them.

The Enterprise System was developed to support modern construction methods through:

  • Adjustable façade support systems

  • Project-specific specification support

  • Stainless steel system components

  • Compatibility with MMC construction methods

  • Efficient installation processes

  • Support for modern cavity wall construction

By supporting contractors, façade specialists and installers with engineered façade support solutions, the Enterprise System continues to be utilised across a growing range of modern construction projects.

Result

Projects such as Schoonhoven demonstrate the increasing demand for façade support systems capable of balancing installation efficiency, flexibility and long-term performance within modern prefab construction.

The Enterprise Brick-Tie Channel System was developed to support exactly these evolving construction requirements.
